Refund policy

You have the right to return the products at no charge, without having to provide a reason, within a period of 30 working days from the day of receipt (the date of receipt from the Colissimo site being the evidence).

To return a product you do not wish to keep, you simply need to follow the steps below:

For France (free of charge)

  1. Contact our Customer Service by email at info@tarakaparfums.com to request a return label to print and stick on the package while stating the reason for your return.

  2. Send back your item in its original packaging. Only items returned in their original condition (still sealed in cellophane) will be accepted and refunded. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot refund products that have been unsealed. For any other return reason (non-conforming or damaged product, error in the order contents, etc.), you are invited to contact our Customer Service. After our agreement, a return label will be sent to you to stick on the package.

For abroad

  1. Contact our Customer Service by email at info@tarakaparfums.com, to state the reason for your return.

  2. After our written agreement, send back your item in its original packaging. Only items returned in their original condition (still sealed in cellophane) will be accepted and refunded. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot refund products that have been unsealed. The return will be at the customer's expense. For any other return reason (non-conforming or damaged product, error in the order contents, etc.), you are invited to contact our Customer Service. After our agreement, a return label will be sent to you to stick on the package (subject to feasibility with the postal service of the concerned country).
