Terms of sale

Scope: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("the GTC") apply to all product sales made by Maître Parfumeur et Gantier ("the Seller") to customers ("the Customer") through its website or any other distance selling method.

Products: The Seller offers for sale a selection of perfumes and related products. The products are presented with their essential characteristics and prices. The photographs and illustrations shown on the website are non-contractual.

Orders: The Customer can place an order online through the Seller's website or by any other means of communication specified by the Seller. The order is final upon confirmation by the Seller and receipt of full payment of the amount due.

Price and Payment: The prices of the products are indicated in euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Payment is made at the time of the order using the payment methods accepted by the Seller. Payment information is processed securely and confidentially.

Delivery: The Seller undertakes to deliver the products within the specified timeframes stated during the order. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated. In the event of a delivery delay, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal: The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties. The Customer must return the products in their original condition, complete, and unused, accompanied by any accessories.

Warranty: The Seller warrants that the products conform to their description and are free from manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, the Customer may request a replacement or a refund.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights relating to the products, including trademarks and copyrights, belong to the Seller or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Protection of Personal Data: The Seller collects and processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. The collected data is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

Disputes and Applicable Law: In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. If unsuccessful, any dispute relating to the sale of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the place where the Seller's headquarters are located. These GTC are subject to French law.
